As my colleague mentioned above, your OS should be Windows 10, all 64-bit editions, natively installed. QuickBooks Desktop 2022 requires internet access and Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit). You can see all the details of our system requirements in System requirements for Desktop 2022. 

If you wish to use Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, please advise the workaround steps given by our champ user, Fiat Lux ASIA.
