I want to solve the check alignment issue at the soonest moment, @lesemanncpa.

Thanks for sharing complete details of your concern and attaching screenshot. I have several troubleshooting steps to share to help fix the QuickBooks Online (QBO) check alignment problem. This way, you can print it seamlessly.

In QBO, we can only move the amount when tuning in the check alignment. And the horizontal and vertical offsets start at 0.0, which usually produces good results for most forms and printers.

Before that, be sure to use Adobe Reader to print the standard and voucher check. And ensure that it is updated. Once confirmed and the issue persists, let's adjust the scale on your print dialog box.

For Adobe Reader, here's how:

  1. Choose File and select Print.
  2. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages or Fit To Printable Area.
  3. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce in the PDF.
  4. Hit OK

After that, print a sample check to verify if it's performing well. If the sample print is still off, follow the second bullet in Step 4 of this article for another troubleshooting: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online

Moreover, I'd recommend checking the printing settings of your browser because QuickBooks will rely on this setup. Just press Ctrl + P on your keyboard and configure the set up.

Furthermore, check out these articles below for an additional workaround on how to solve the printing problem in QuickBooks:
