Good day, PARDONMUSHAMBI.

 

You can change the minimum number of decimal places by going to the Additional Customization page. I've got the steps to achieve this task:

 

  1. Select the type of form you’d like to customize.
  2. Select the Formatting tab, then click Manage Templates.
  3. Select a template to preview, then select Copy to create a new template or select OK to edit the template.
  4. Click Additional Customization.
  5. In the Minimum number of decimal places field, select Two.
  6. Click OK.

 

Also, you can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report and then customize it to keep track of all your estimates. To do that, go to the Reports menu, and select the said report from the Customers and Receivables section.
