Allow me to share some troubleshooting steps that would help you fix your printing issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO). That way, you can get back to your business. 

 

If the print is unclear, it's possible that your print settings may be set to a low resolution. Increasing the resolution fixes this problem. Here's how:
 

  1. Open the sales form you want to print.
  2. Select Print.
  3. Once the preview screen opens, select the Printer icon.
  4. Within the printer dialog box choose Properties.
  5. Select Advanced. (It may be a button or a tab depending on the version of Windows you are using.)
  6. Increase the resolution (for example, to 600 x 600).
  7. If there is a Dithering option, select Fine.

 

For the alignment issue, you can change your page scaling to achieve a better fit. Simply adjust your printing setup and alignment settings in QBO.
