There are reasons why you're unable to match your transactions. These are due to the following:

The only way to find this is to manually locate and match them, where you can use the Find Match option. Then, search for a possible match for that open bills. You can also use the Search field to locate transactions by amount, reference number, or memo. Here's how:

We can access your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If it works, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
