I'm here to discuss some details about the discontinuation news of Internet Explorer (IE) for certain versions of Windows 10.
As of the moment, we do not yet have an official statement from our engineers regarding the demise of IE. They may still be working on options for what to do once it stops. That being said, it's best to check your email for any updates or in-product pop-ups about this (if you're using a supported version).
In regards when visiting in-product webpages, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2022 does requires Internet Explorer 11. You'll also want to check the this resource to further know what your computer needs in running QBDT 2022: System requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2022.
Additionally, just in case you continue to use Chrome or without IE (given that it has been discontinued yet), you may encounter certain troubles when viewing webpages such as the Bank Feeds, Help menu, and so on. I'm still waiting for an official update on what action to take before and during the IE shutdown procedure.
I've got your here a site that contains a compilation of helpful articles and guides that you can browse whenever you need reference in performing your QBDT duties. Feel free to access them here: QuickBooks Help page.
