we're now 1 month away and given Quickbooks approach and attention to this, I think its safe to assume the for anyone OTHER than QB2022 SUBSCRIPTION holders, there will be no solution forthcoming from Quickbooks.

QB has made it abundantly clear that they want everyone moving to QBO(preferred) or at least a QB desktop subscription to continue. They just refuse to admit that for a significant portion of their customer base constant internet connectivity is NOT a given, nor the desire/capability to continually incur another monthly expense to be continually deluged with new "features" that no asked for, while ignoring the existing PROLEMS with their base software.

We are now in the process of moving our accounting processes to a different platform as Quickbooks has demonstrated almost no concern for their Desktop customer base other than to tell them to "move on" or pay more.

This would have been so unnecessary fi Quickbooks had just fixed the KNOWN ISSUE with IE years ago rather than choosing to route all their resources to "'flash and glamor"!
