Even after I have disconnected the old credit card account from the banking feed, I am still unable to merge the two accounts together. I receive a popup message asking if I want to merge the accounts, and I click Yes to confirm but nothing happens. The two credit card accounts still exist separately, and they are not merged. Can you please assist?
