Hello

I found out how to fix this, see below.

 

Login as admin.

Give the user temporary "full Access"

Login as them

Change to single mode

Choose Edi>Preferences

Click Sales & Customers

Click Company Preferences

Select "Enable Collections Center"

Click Ok.

Logout as them and back in as admin and remove "Full Access" from user.

They should be good to go.
