I can help you figure this out, tjohnson15.

The integration between QuickBooks Online and Sync with Square has current limitations. I've listed them down below:

  • Import of customer details, such as name or email addresses.
  • Multiple location capability: limited multi-location capability.
  • Summary view of daily transactions: This version automatically imports all daily transactions one-by-one after settlement.

Square can connect to only one location at a time, you need to reconnect to it each time you wish to change locations. To ensure the correct mapping of data including the locations, it's best to seek some help from Commerce Sync. They'll be able to walk you through the steps in linking your Square account to QuickBooks Online.

Go to the Apps menu, then search and select Square by Commerce Sync. You'll see their contact details in the Contact and Support section.

If you wish to know the default account and names that you can use or choose from after setting up your account in Square, you can refer to this article: Sync with Square - Default Accounts and Names.

As always, I'm here to answer all your concerns, tjohnson15. Come back to me at any time. Have a great day.
