Asking thousands of users to add the sku to the description of an item is ridiculous - I personally have thousands of skus that I would have to do this for, which would take hundreds of manhours to do,  only to delete this out of the description when and if QB ever decides to fix the issue.  Adding the SKU number to the description also affects the sorting of item in a manner that I don't wish to use.   QB I have been asking for this fix since 2016 and it looks like I'm not on the only one, how about you listen to what your users need?
