Please know that even if the Community gives troubleshooting solutions and answers to specific concerns, there's some information that only our Intuit Developers can supply.

 

We have a separate discussion forum where we can interact with developers and software engineers about product integration or integration between QBO API/Services with your internal software. That said, I'd suggest posting your question to our Intuit Developer Community page. They have available tools and resources to assist you in getting this error while exporting invoices fixed.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Intuit Developer Support website.
  2. Click QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select the Ask a Question button.
  4. If prompted to sign in, enter your Intuit login credentials.
  5. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Ask.
