The option to add encryption to the PDF's isn't available in QuickBooks Online. I can see that you want to store sensitive information, I encourage you to submit feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update.
To send feedback, please follow the step below:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Enter your product suggestions in the pop-up. Then, select Next to submit it.
