Let me route you to the correct support to get your validation code, PER087.
If you purchase a QuickBooks Desktop software installation disk, we can find the license information or validation code on the sticker in the packaging. We can also find it in the confirmation email if you have purchased the software online.
If you have lost them, you'll have to contact our Technical Support Team to get the code. Our support agent can review your account in a secure environment and provide an activation code. I've included some steps to contact support below.
- Click (?) Help on the top menu.
- In the QB Assistant enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
- Select to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat 24/7 (M-F).
