Adding SKU number to a delivery note is unavailable. However, you can create an invoice template and make it look like a delivery note.

Since SKU appears on invoices, it's much better to do it that way. You can follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom Form Styles.
3. Click New style, then select Invoice.
4. Under Design, you can enter Delivery Note.
5. Under Content, you can customize the columns. Make sure to check SKU box.
6. On the Header, change the Form names into Delivery Note.
7. Click Done to save.

Whenever you need to print or send a Delivery Note, open the invoice to edit. Click Customise at the bottom, and select Delivery Note. You can click on Print or Preview to check how it looks.
