Let’s check first if the issue has something to do with the application, piazza.

To do this, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app. If the issue continues, this might have something to do with the IOS 13 compatibility.

You can report this to our technical support team so they can launch an investigation. Here’s how:

  1. Open your account on the website and click Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Provide a small information about your app concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Select Start an email.

Also you might want to use the web version temporarily while this is still investigated
