Hi there, @info2302.

 

Creating a recurring invoice transaction is only available for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials and higher subscriptions. To successfully make one, I recommend upgrading your account to a higher plan. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Below the Profile column, select the Subscriptions and billing option.

  3. Pick Upgrade your plan inside the subscription tile.

  4. Find the subscription that best fits your business by clicking each description on the left side.
  5. Click the Choose plan tab once you spot the right one.

  6. Then, follow the on-screen steps.
