- Under the Profile column, select Subscriptions and billing.
- Ensure that your payment information is up to date.
- In the QuickBooks section, choose Downgrade your plan.
- Review the available options and select Choose plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the downgrade process.
Alternatively, you can also sign up for a lower-tier plan by visiting our Plans & Pricing page to check out the options and pick a plan that works best for your business.
Once you have subscribed, you have the option to export your data from the Advanced plan and import it into your new subscription.
