Bought second user on quickbooks online/Mabook. Cannot import file from trial version quickbooks desktop Mac.

New account shows up.

But trial version won't accept password and won't let me change password.

NOTE Trial version says  --version expired."click here to buy online version" 

We did but it won't open so can't convert.

Any suggestions ?
