Hi there, @KM263. I'll share an update about the Books Review option inside QuickBooks Online (QBO) and point you in the right direction to sort this out.

 

Before anything else, know that it isn't the experience we want you to have when handling clients inside the program. We've received similar cases or reports where accountants can't access the book review option inside QBOA. Our engineers are still gathering data to help speed up the process of finding a solution to fix this. 

 

We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can gather more details about your experience. We'll outline the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click Help (?).
  3. Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose, you can click Talk to a human, Connect by starting a chat, or Get a callback.
