It's great to have you here in the Community, @FibertelVD. I can share information on why you're getting an error when reaching your email limit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, you're right. There is a limit of 100 emails when sending sales forms using a trial account, but this email limit does not apply to QBO subscriptions.

I'd recommend upgrading your trial version to email more transactions. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Sign in to your QBO trial account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Under the Profile section, select Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. Choose a plan that fits your business.
  5. Then, follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.

If you need additional tips on personalizing your sales form, please refer to this article for more information: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QBO.

We're here to help if you require further assistance with email limits or other QuickBooks-related questions. Take care always.
