We appreciate you reaching out here in the Community. We'll provide information to help you get through this to get your bank transactions inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since you're unable to retrieve those transactions inside QBO, you can login to your bank's website and download the transactions you need and then have it imported inside your company file. These are the steps:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow the instructions on how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Make sure the date range for the download begins at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

For more details, feel free to check this page: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If your bank doesn't provide CSV or QBO format and only gives you PDF or Docs format. You can use a third-party application to convert them to a specific file format the program accepts. Feel free to visit our app store: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/en-global/

Once you've got the files, you may want to check this article to help you ensure it meets the requirements QBO needs when importing bank transactions: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
