I appreciate the response. 

Importing from MileIQ to QBO does not work. I have tried multiple times. Importing from a CSV file that has been exported from QBO does not work either. 
What is the format for the CSV ? if I know this I can edit my own CSV files. 
This is a small fix that could make this whole process a lot quicker. 

If QBO could release a format for CSV files, that would work.
