I encourage you to share your thoughts directly with our Product Development team by using the Send Feedback option in your QBO account. This is the most effective way to communicate with the team dedicated to improving our features and better meeting customer needs.
Here’s how you can share your suggestions:
- Open your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
- Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
In the meantime, to improve readability while working in QBO, you can use your web browser's zoom feature to adjust the content size on your screen. Here’s how you can do it, depending on your device:
- For Windows: Press Ctrl + + to zoom in and Ctrl + - to zoom out.
- For Mac: Press Command + + to zoom in and Command + - to zoom out.
