Just as an update - I did get in touch with them, firstly I called and the people on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. 

I found a video of their CEO talking about how innovative and up to date they are so clearly that message is not yet working its way down. 

I finally got a response:

I hope this email finds you well. After making inquiries from our manager it was confirmed that we do not have a timeline yet on when we will be compliant with the corporate MTD tax required by HMRC.

I can assure you once we have an update on this we will update all our customers with the compliance and any necessary process to follow.

Thank you for your patience and we are keen to provide everything necessary step to implement. I wish you the best in your business and I wish you a lovely weekend!

Incredibly vague and unhelpful with a lack of understanding about how businesses work - I don't need the stress of waiting until halfway through my tax year for them to decide whether or not they will do this - I need assurances and time to plan - very disappointing indeed.

Having said that - they did get ready for MTD for VAT - but it was close to the event and not well in advance.

Maybe the UK is just not a priority as they are a US company?
