Approx. 3 days ago Whilst raising an invoice. the VAT box stopped working.

today i have spent 4 hours plus on 3 calls  

1 Call 3.5hours 

I can open the QuickBooks on my phone , on a MacBook, and my agent can also open it.  

On my laptop that it was set up on a few years ago. Currently cant open QuickBooks at all. 

so the laptop has been formatted and reinstalled with windows 10 all windows updates are done all drivers are up-to-date. tried google chrome tried Firefox and edge. the laptop spec is i5 6th gen with 8 gig ram all bios is up-to-date. every other website works perfectly fine....stumped
