@ell281 Thank you for your explanation of what occurred in the UK.  We are suspicious still here in the US since Intuit made it next to impossible to stay on QuickBools Desktop, not making it readily available through their website, but pushing the Quickbooks Online which is horrible!  We were getting used  to the sun setting of the programs after three years, but no explanation was offered when we could not longer purchase via a retailer.  And those that were lured into going to QBO are frustrated as its been an absolute nightmare for most, along with the price increases and annual payroll fees, and only one choice, forced online- subscription.  Some are seeking alternatives, but its clear that intuit doesn't appear to put their customers first.  @Awsum87
