Our accountant does have access to QBO and checking transfer flaws.  It's just that this QBD non review closure, account data transfer along with the basic functions of QBO to review old data is very ill conceived.

If ever I have seen a top method of loosing loyal customers and frustrating the ones that have stayed to the point of last straw, then this is the way to do it, its almost as if a quick books competitor has planned and executed the switch over in order to win QB's existing customer base.
