Hello Community Users, we just wanted to update this thread. The transaction issue with Barclaycard was resolved. If you find your transactions are not updating and you are able to connect to your online banking outside of QuickBooks. Please check that you have no messages or prompts within the message part of your online banking that you need to acknowledge. Then come back to QuickBooks and refresh the banking page.

 

If you have no prompts or issues connecting to your banking outside of QuickBooks if you can try connecting to QuickBooks by a private/incognito browsing window and then refreshing the banking page.

If the transactions do not update and 24 hours have passed, please reply here and we'll investigate straight away. Thanks
