Thanks Ashleigh, we were already speaking with chat support so we continued with that.  It took a long time (~2hrs) but it was resolved in the end.  We noted that the expiration date of the software was showing 01 June, even though we opened the software fine on the 1st, 2nd and earlier today.  Not sure if there was an update  today to cause this, but assume you'll know better.
