I'm pretty sure that's a no. I understand that you will not be able to open the software. You can only upload your data file from the link, then download it and it opens the software and that then gives you very limited options to extract reports. You won't even be able to print a copy invoice. Anything you are likely to need - such as invoices - you will need to extract yourself before 30.06.23. It looks like the licence has a date stamp installed and that will stop you using it. 

Don't forget this is the same software supplier that ceased to supply payroll and the files for that had to be extracted by a deadline date. Those reports extracted as a zip file that Intuit/QuickBooks called UKDataDump. These reports were useless and HMRC appeared to be very aware of the issue. That I'm afraid sums this whole scenario up, ceases means dead.
