We have been wondering exactly that!  And considering placing our system on a stand alone PC without internet access.  That being said we do subscribe and therefore I suspect the cut off date has already been applied to our file.

This is such a ridiculous situation.  We have already test migrated our data to online and it's so littered with errors and wrong allocations that it is unusable.
