I can help you with adding the correct address for this trip.

 

To track your trips accurately, make sure to turn on the Motion & FitnessBackground App Refresh, and Cellular Data options for iOS. On Android, make sure QuickBooks can run in the background and turn your phone’s location accuracy to on. Refer to this article on how you can manage your Android device’s location settings

 

You can make a new trip and add the precise address after deleting the one with the incorrect address.

 

To delete the trip:

 

  1. Go to Apps and select Mileage.
  2. Find the trip and click the checkbox.
  3. Click the trash icon or the delete icon.
  4. Select Apply and then select Yes to delete the trip.

 

To add the trip:

 

  1. From the Mileage menu, click on Add trip.
  2. Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and purpose.
  3. Choose the vehicle you used.
  4. Click on Save.
