Since you're still getting the same error message, this time, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate the root of the problem.

 

To reach them, here's how:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. Choose Contact Us
  4. Enter the issue or topic in the field box, then select Continue.
  5. We’ll provide you with a few support options. Choose which one is best for you.
