Ensure that you're logged in as a Primary Admin. If the issue persists, I recommend logging in through incognito mode. This allows us to determine whether the problem is browser-related. Too much cache build-up in your regular browser can sometimes cause unexpected behavior in the product.

If it's fixed, return to your regular browser and clear the cache by pressing CTRL+ Shift+ Delete on the keyboard.
