What I'd like to do is exactly as in the opening message of this thread, precisely the same as what htwdell wanted to achieve.

However, there is no guidance in response to htwdell's query, just instructions on calling support. So there is no guidance for me to copy!

If this would be put in writing then it would be there for me and anyone else who requires the same guidance.
