I'm here to address your concern about the issues you've encountered when trying to connect your Revolut bank account.

 

This has been reported as an ongoing issue in QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are currently aware of this, and they're working to find a complete fix for this issue.

 

Since we're still working on this, please contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Team so they can include you to our notification list. This way, we can easily reach out and notify you once the issue is completely resolved.

 

Here’s how to contact us:

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field.
  4. Choose Continue.
  5. Connect with us through, Start a chat or Get a callback.
  6. .Enter your contact information.

 

Once you're able to connect your bank account to QBO, the system will automatically download the transactions. Then, you may want to learn how to categorise and match them in QBO. This way, you can put your bank transactions in the correct accounts.
