1. Afaik, if you use the one-time license version, you can still use it forever (unless you are reinstalling it and the system asks for a validation code) . We found the same policy for the QBD US and CA versions. You can still purchase a one time license of QBD 2019.
2. MTD system needs a supported version of QBD. They will support QBD UK version until January 2023.
