Hi Emma, so the 2 initial Intuit posts above are incorrect then. This is a much worse scenario then. As I said earlier to outright prevent access from 1st Feb 2023 is totally unacceptable and a total disregard to customers who have loyally been paying Intuit for this product. At the very least you need to let us access the product and run reports. Surely making the product read only is not beyond your IT guys?!
