I can see how it is beneficial for users to have a single step to print any forms. In QuickBooks, you'll need a minimum of three clicks to verify that you're ready to print the form. 

The Print Preview is a functionality that lets users see the pages that are about to print, allowing the users to see exactly how the pages will look when they are printed. 

Next, is to set up your set up the number of copies, and any other options you want to show in the form and click the Print button to complete the process.
