Thanks for posting on this thread, 

 

If you look at John Cs post about how to resolve it, if you have missed it, I have reposted it below for you 

 

It's not possible remove the logo if you are sending emails via the QuickBooks system. You can send invoice links from your own email, when you are viewing the invoice select the drop down menu in the bottom right hand corner > select save and share link > copy link and then use your own email provider and paste the link into the body of your email.
