Hi there, Cindy1105.

I'd gladly discuss some information to address the error on the customer page that shows in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When using multi-currency in QBO, the home currency should be used for all items. One possible reason for the error you encountered is that there's an account with a different currency in the Category details. I recommend checking this and ensuring that there are no conflicting currencies in the Category Details section.

To ensure your multi-currency transactions are error-free and accurate, I recommend reading this article with answers to frequently asked questions: Multi-currency FAQ.

In addition, you may find these articles helpful for more information using the Multi-currency feature in QBO:

Please tag my name in your reply if you have other questions about multi-currency-related concerns in QuickBooks. I'm more than willing to assist you further. Have a pleasant day!
