Hello there, Starry.

I'll ensure you can remove the duplicate rates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I've read on the other thread and it seems like you've manually created a new tax rate. In line with the recent tax changes in Singapore, we have updated the GST rates in QuickBooks Online from 7% to 8% to remain compliant.

To fix this, let's turn off the tax rate you've manually created under the Action column. Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. In the top right-hand corner, select the Edit GST dropdown then Edit rates.
  3. Select the tax rate and turn off the radio button under Action.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Lastly, check out these pages below about handling taxes, sales forms and other related matters:

Leave a comment below if you have further questions about your taxes. I'm happy to help you again. Take care.
