The error 955 may have been caused by too much data saved in your browser. I suggest logging into your account via incognito. This way, you're able to see if we get the same result. This method prevents cookies from being stored and makes it a great place to identify browser problems. Please use the keyboard shortcuts below based on the browser you're using.

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If the steps above work and don't have any problem using a private browser, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This eliminates the stored files so it helps the browser to function efficiently. If not, use other supported browsers as alternatives.
