Let's use another browser to check if it's a browser-specific issue

 

Browsers store temporary internet files and cache to speed up loading process, but too much can accumulate unexpected behavior.

 

If the same thing happens, please contact our support through this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Under Tell us more about your question, type Support.
  2. Click Search, then select Send Email.
  3. Fill in the Information
  4. Select Ask Your Question, once done.
