Hi ECO ELITE,

 

I would recommend reaching out to Support to check this out. You can have a screen-sharing session with them to see why you're unable to download your report in json.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern about GSTR3B and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose Get a callback or Chat.
