To connect your Shopee application, search for it in the Apps section in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
- In the left navigation of your QuickBooks account, choose Apps.
- Select Find apps.
- Enter the name of the application you want to connect to in the Search field.
- Once it shows, click the application and follow the on-screen steps.
If it doesn't show, I agree with @SIAB's suggestion to look for a third-party connector to sync your Shopee account in QuickBooks. Or you can import the sales data of Shopee to QBO.
It is also worth noting that QBO is only dependent on your application if it allows the QBO system to connect with it. You can also directly contact the Shopee support team to confirm if it is possible and guide you on how to achieve it.
