Since this feature is unavailable in your account and settings, I recommend contacting our live expert support. Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. Select the Search tab and enter your concern.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a Chat with our live expert.
    • Get a Callback from our live expert.
