Hi @SuzanaCS@4Gal@Catherine98@Deity Alpha@YT26@hanifmeow@LSW Acct@AIQ@Kittlsk@Chrea@RobertSmith123

Thanks for your patience while the team worked through the various requirements to enable e-invoicing in Malaysia. I am excited to say that QuickBooks e-Invoicing is coming to Malaysia very soon. We are currently rapidly testing with a view to have the product available for customers from April.

We are aware of the timelines announced by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) and we understand a significant majority of Malaysian businesses using QuickBooks will not need to undertake mandatory individual e-invoicing requirements until 1 July 2025 (ie customers whose businesses have between $500k and RM 25M turnover annually) and we are working to meet this deadline.

Following recent guidance from the Malaysian Government, small businesses with less than $500k turnover will not need to be ready until 1 January 2026.

As we work to implement relevant changes with our partner, Sovos, we will be offering training and support for our customers. If you'd like to be kept up to date, you can Register your interest on our e-invoicing page.
