I can share some information about the Apps menu, @caquino.

The Apps menu on the left navigation bar is available in the US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). This feature is unavailable in the International version of QBO.

This will be a great addition to the current features that we have. I’ll be sure to take note of it.
